I do not work over other peoples work, you must book a removal and a full set if you already have existing lashes.
You must have 40%-50% of lashes remaining on both eyes to book a refill. If you have less than 40-50% you must book a new set. If you have any questions about which refill to select please contact us.
Please note the two week refill is two weeks from the date of your last appointment (8-16 days).
Please note a three week refill is any time between 17-22 days from your last appointment. After 22 days (3 weeks) it will be considered a new fullset.
To book your appointment, a non-refundable non-transferable deposit is required. The deposit will be applied towards your balance. The remaining balance will be due the day of your service. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 24 hours your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.
We have a 24-hour cancellation.
We do offer a 10 minute grace period, anything over that time (if you are able to be seen), you would be subject to a late fee of $10-$30 depending on how late you are, which would be added to your bill.
After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you left a deposit for a class or a service and were a no-show, your deposit will not go towards another class or service for a future date.
In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us via call or text 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
24 HOUR SATISFACTION POLICY
In the event that your lash extensions fall out after your service, they will be fixed free of charge if you contact us within 24 hours of your service date. If you experience fallout after 24 hours there will be a fee.
Due to COVID-19, if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: Cough, Difficulty Breathing, New Loss of Smell, New Loss of Taste, Shortness of Breath, Fever, Chills, Repeated Shaking with Chills, Muscle Pain, Headache, Sore Throat, Nausea Or Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fatigue, Congestion or Runny Nose, please call or text to reschedule your appointment until you are no longer experiencing any of these symptoms.
